1  Tickets are non refundable but are transferable to another attendee if you are unable to attend.

 

2 The organisers reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

3 There will be no commercial activity or trading by individual ticket holders allowed without prior written consent from the organisers. 

 

4 For those purchasing swim tickets - The ticket holder must be an experienced monofin/tail swimmer/swimming with binded legs and restricted movement. All tail swimmers must implement safe practices in the water at all times. Tail swimmers are permitted to have a swim buddy (non tail) ticket holder in the pool with them if needed. Tail swimmers must agree to sign a disclaimer prior to entering the pool.

5 By attending the Atlantis Kingdom Fantasy Mer-Con, ticket holders agree and consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded as visitors attending the event and these images or recordings can be used by the organiser in the future for promotional purposes. 

 

6 There will be children attending the event. No filming or photography of children unless you have consent from their  parents/guardians.
 

7 Please look after your property and be respectful to others. The organisers will not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage to property or injuries of the ticket holder, unless it has been directly caused by the organiser.
